Al Karis is a Dubai travel agency whose real edge is visa expertise few others have — and none of it was visible online. We built them one platform: a fast bilingual website covering flights, hotels and eight visa countries; an AI travel assistant embedded in the page that answers from the agency’s own prices and reads the documents customers upload; and a private portal where the team sees every qualified lead, conversation and document, alongside a multi-currency accounts ledger. All on the agency’s own private cloud, on their own AI account.
Al Karis was our founding build — delivered unpaid to prove the system works end to end. The platform is live at alkaristravel.com; the assistant switches on with the agency’s own AI account.

An Arabic-first platform for a distribution agency running goods through field agents: an append-only stock ledger from warehouse to agent to shop, a per-shop credit book in local currency, reorder alerts, a demand map built from shop surveys, and cash reconciliation per agent. It records a delivery even with no signal and syncs when the phone reconnects.
